Peplera Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.


International Shipping

Peplera ships worldwide 🌍

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days depending on destination
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Peplera is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

Lost or Stolen Packages

Peplera is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.”
If this happens, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within  24 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the item and packaging
  3. Email: support@peplera.com

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
